Links to the press releases of 20 companies are provided below, which is the number of companies that are included in this report.   Only 18 of the companies are included in compilation of corporate revenue and corporate net income because the U.S. operations of BP and Royal Dutch Shell are included in the results of the U.S. lines of business, but not in the foreign or corporate results because both of the companies are foreign based. Note, too, the addition of EnCana Corporation beginning with the fourth quarter of 2007, which provides sufficient information to allocate corporate revenue and net income to its U.S. operations.
